Pet Import Policies
All airlines require your pet to travel in an IATA compliant, properly sized sky kennel. They MUST be able to stand up without touching the top of the carrier, sit down, and turn around comfortably in the carrier. When the pet is outside the carrier, they should not be taller or longer than the carrier. Overly large kennels are not allowed, either. We supply all sizes of airline compliant sky kennels at competitive prices. These kennels are specially designed for air travel.
Crates are built to the International Air Transport Association (IATA) guidelines. Whether you need a large crate, a small crate, or something small and detailed, our goal is to create exactly what your pet needs for pet travel.
Available in a variety of sizes and styles, you can find the right crate for your traveling needs.
Below is a list of standard crates that we offer for pet transportation. Do not hesitate to contact us with any questions regarding our custom options, and what we can make for you.
Determining the right size and type travel kennel not only ensures your pet’s well-being, but it mitigates risk of being denied by the airline for improper size/type travel kennel. Airline personnel will check to make sure the crate meets these requirements, and has the right to refuse a pet for shipment if they are not happy with the kennel. This step is very important to ensuring our furry client is comfortable and safe. Our method involves checking and rechecking your pet’s measurements for most accurate results.
