  • Delivery and Customs Clearance – HKG to DXB (Excluding all tunnel tolls, parking charges, overtime and outlying islands, additional charges will be levied)
  • Customs clearance at destination airport, airport charges and transfer to Dubai – other cities can be arranged but will be subject to additional charges, as quoted by our partners
  • Pet Travel Service Fee, Documentation Fee, Communication Fee, IATA Pet Cage or Bag (Include Small Pet Cage, add HK$500 for Medium, HK$1500 for Large, HK$2500 for Extra Large)

The following items are not included in our quote (for your budget only)

  • Veterinarian Fee (HK$1000/visit, excluding prohibited area) for consultation service/visit to clinic in Hong Kong
  • Pick up and drop off at customer’s home – can be arranged but will be charged extra, to be quoted by our partner (available on request only)
  • Transfer to customer’s home outside Dubai – other cities can be arranged but will be charged extra, quoted by our partners
  • Passenger airfares – quoted individually in co-operation with our travel agents or by your own arrangement
  • Additional baggage charges for pets – to be collected by the airline at the counter on the day of departure

  • Down payment after confirmation: 50%
  • Final payment 14 days before departure from Hong Kong: 50%
